WASHINGTON—Authorities would have new tools to go after illegal robocalls under a bill that passed the Senate on a voice vote Thursday.
The TRACED Act, for Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence, easily passed the House earlier this month. It must still be signed by President Trump to become law.
